Santa Fe Ambulance Accident

A Santa Fe ambulance was recently involved in a horrific accident involving a wrong way driver. The Santa Fe wrongful death accident occurred when an out-of-state driver traveling the wrong way on I-25 crossed into oncoming traffic and struck the ambulance head-on.

This Santa Fe car accident that shut down traffic for roughly 9 hours has already claimed the life of one individual while others are recovering from their injuries. Of particular note, authorities are focusing on the fact that the wrong way driver was from outside New Mexico. This has led investigating officers to question at the very least whether confusing signage or maintenance of the area could have contributed to the driver traveling the wrong direction.

Those involved in the accident, it could pose no risk that a possible New Mexico tort claim may exist as well as the typical car accident law.
